Edinburgh Elite lettings is a small but growing, local, independent firm specialising in the residential letting and property management of properties in the east of Scotland area. Our knowledge of the local property market, combined with experienced and friendly staff, enables us to offer an enviable service to all.

We are committed to a personal and professional service to deliver the highest standards to our tenants and landlords. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, and unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We know how to manage property for optimum performance, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws and are supported by a team of legal advisors.

We do not employ the services of a separate managing agent to look after our properties, so you will never experience endless phone calls if you have a problem at your property, all calls are handled and actioned by our experienced in-house Lettings Director.
